Her Responsibilities :
- She is the team leader in charge of overseeing timely and profitable completion of a project. As a project architect she coordinates the work team, consults with clients, draws designs, and proposes budgets.
- Taking responsibility for leading and managing projects from concept design stage, through development of design and all necessary stages or applications for statutory approvals, production information, specifications, tender process, including carrying out inspections of projects onsite.
- Her role also involves the inspection of architectural finishing works, the review and approval of contractor submittals, resolve technical issues arising and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
